The central exhibition of the year, the second part of the project (after graphics 2009 exhibition), A.A.Deyneka dated for anniversary (1899–1969).
The scale exposition of the well-known Soviet painter, graphic and sculptor, the leader OST group, one of main figures of russian art of the XXth century, will present evolution of creativity of the artist.
The exhibition will show universality of talent of Alexander Deyneka: mosaics and other monumental works, pictorial sketches to them, sculpture in bronze, stone, ceramics will be exhibited.
The lyrical line of creativity of the master should become exhibition discovery. The well-known works of the artist - "On building of new shops" (1926, State Tretyakov gallery), "Mother" (1932, State Tretyakov gallery), "the Future pilots" (1938, State Tretyakov gallery), "Defense of Sevastopol" (1942, State Russian museum) and the products unknown to the modern spectator - "Zaporozhtsy" (1939-40, State Tretyakov gallery) will be shown.
At the exposition will be presented about 150 exhibits from a collection of the State Tretyakov gallery, State Russian museum, Kursk state picture gallery, Perm art gallery and others museum and private collections.
