The idea of festival is attempt differently to look at alternative, including alternative energy.

At festival will be presented installations (independently working technical designs executed within the limits of art conception), interactive installations (the technical systems co-operating with the spectator).

Master classes on programming and the electrical engineer in the modern art, and also lectures and concerts are planned
