The New Tretyakov Gallery presents the most completed in our country permanent exhibition of the art of the 20th century in all its diversity - avant - garde, socialistic realism and art of the "austere style" and "underground" and some new art trends. Here are held not only large-scale retrospectives of great Russian artists, but also showed experimental exhibitions of young authors. A lecture - hall and a creative workshop offer a wide range of theoretical knowledge and practical trainings about the art of the 20th and early 21st century for children, students and adults.
Halls 1-10 are temporarily closed due to repair work. The masterpieces of the Russian avant-garde including the most important works of N. Goncharova, M. Larionov, V. Tatlin, P. Konchalovsky, I. Mashkov, A. Lentulov, V. Kandinsky, K. Malevich are temporarily moved to the halls 11-15.

Rent an audioguide for the permanent exhibition and temporary exhibitions:
350 ₽ — Russian and English languages
Deposit — 2000 ₽ or any ID. The rental period is limited only by working hours of the Museum.
The audioguide service is provided by a partner of the Tretyakov gallery - the "Delia" company.
Every Wednesday you can visit for free the permanent exhibition "The Art of the Twentieth Century" in the New Tretyakov (Krymsky Val, 10).
